In helping you create a ‘once in a lifetime’ vacation, we staff a team of dedicated travel planners who will help you customize your trip, from coordinating your travel between our properties to accommodating any special requirements you may have for tours and activities.
Our Belize-based Central Reservations office will handle all your travel arrangements while staying with us. We will schedule meet-and-greet services at the airport, transfers, domestic flights, activities, tours or guided services. We are also available to coordinate special celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Once your private journey is planned our Guest Services Manager will personally contact you to confirm your trip, answer any further questions and arrange all other requests leading up to your arrival.
