Lago Peten Itza and Flores Tour
Explore the flora, fauna and culture of Lago Petén Itzá by boat. Departing from La Lancha’s private dock with captain and guide, stops en route to Flores include the lakeside communities of San Jose and Santa Barbara and a visit to a museum containing a number of ancient Maya artifacts. In the island town of Flores, you’ll be able to peruse the local arts and crafts shops along the narrow cobbled streets and visit the prominent Cathedral.
