The Staff is Remarkable
The service and attentiveness of the staff is remarkable. Everyone is most helpful and kind and did everything possible to meet our needs and make our trip memorable. Carlos and Luvia and the gift shop staff also made excellent impressions, as well as the entire front desk staff who assisted me in my difficult task of locating my lost luggage. I was frustrated and upset and they handled the situation with prompt attention and professionalism. Thank you!
